1. Return Policy
DirtyMan Safe accepts returns for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging with all included components
- Purchased within the last 30 days
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Discreet Shipping Disclaimer
We take every reasonable step to ensure discreet shipping:
- Carrier labels use a neutral sender name: “DMS”
- Packaging is plain and does not indicate contents
International shipments (including Canada) require mandatory customs documentation. These forms:
- Are required by law
- Are prepared according to carrier and customs regulations
- Are handled by the carrier and/or customs authorities
Because these documents are not fully within our control, we cannot guarantee that carriers or customs authorities will fully obscure or remove all sender information. Any visibility of the sender name (“DirtyMan Safe” or similar) on customs forms due to carrier/customs handling does not constitute a breach of our shipping policy.
Returns due to customs-related visibility of sender information are accepted under our standard return terms:
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Customer is responsible for original outbound shipping costs (unless otherwise stated)
- No partial refunds or compensation are offered for third-party carrier/customs actions
3. Return Process
- Email info@dirtymansafe.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will provide a prepaid return label (for approved returns) or return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus original outbound & return shipping after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No refunds are issued for used, damaged, or missing items.
4. Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, email us at info@dirtymansafe.com with a clear statement of your request.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the order.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Goods must be purchased within the last 30 days
- Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that deteriorate rapidly
- Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless otherwise stated. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.
We cannot issue refunds without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.
7. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
