Limited Warranty
DirtyMan Safe warrants that the DirtyMan Safe product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, DirtyMan Safe will, at its option, repair or replace the defective safe (or component) free of charge, excluding shipping costs.
This warranty applies only to the DirtyMan Safe product itself and does not extend to any contents stored within it.
Important Limitations
This warranty is not an insurance policy. DirtyMan Safe is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of items stored in the safe, including but not limited to valuables, firearms, ammunition, documents, or any other contents, regardless of cause (e.g., environmental conditions, unauthorized access, or burial-related issues).
- DirtyMan Safe shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to the value of lost or damaged contents.
- Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the safe and shall not exceed the original purchase price.
- This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation/burial, modification, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
